Entrepreneurship Development
“
Our programs are built on three ideas. First, people learn by doing: every session ends with an exercise applied to the participant’s own venture. Second, feedback must be specific: mentors review real work, not hypothetical cases. Third, numbers are non-negotiable: every founder leaves able to read a P&L, build a simple cash forecast and explain their unit economics.

Inside Founder Foundations
Each weekly module combines a short teaching session, a live case discussion and a practical assignment reviewed by a mentor before the next class.
Customer discovery fundamentals: how to run unbiased interviews, spot real pain and avoid falling in love with your own solution. Output: ten documented customer interviews.
Translating insight into an offer: segments, jobs-to-be-done, positioning and a first pricing hypothesis. Output: a one-page value proposition.
Revenue streams, cost structure, contribution margin and break-even. Output: a working unit-economics sheet.
Choosing the first channel, writing the first sales script, setting a launch budget. Output: a 60-day go-to-market plan.
Building a 12-month forecast, understanding funding options and calculating runway. Output: a lean financial model.
Structuring a pitch around proof, handling tough questions and presenting with confidence. Output: a final demo-day pitch.
