Selectify Pro

Business consulting · Startup guidance · Entrepreneurship development

Build a business that holds its shape as it grows.

Business Consulting & Startup Guidance for Founders Ready to Grow. Selectify Pro works beside founders, owner-managers and early teams to fix the fundamentals — the model, the numbers, the people and the plan — before the next big decision is made.

What a first session covers

Diagnosis before advice

Every engagement starts by measuring what is actually happening — not by selling a package.

Senior people, small teams

You work directly with experienced advisors, not a rotating cast of juniors.

01 — Why Selectify Pro

Advice you can act on by Monday morning.

Most growing businesses do not fail for lack of ideas. They stall because nobody has time to step back, separate the urgent from the important, and decide what to stop doing. That is the space we work in.

Selectify Pro is a consulting and founder-development practice for people who run real businesses. We help you understand your unit economics, fix the processes that keep breaking, prepare honestly for investors or lenders, and build the habits that let a company grow without the owner becoming the bottleneck.

We are deliberately practical. A good engagement ends with fewer meetings, cleaner numbers and a team that knows what to do next — not a thick report that sits in a drawer.

02 — Three practices

One standard of rigour, whatever stage you are at.

Whether you are validating an idea, running an established company or developing the next generation of founders, the method is the same: understand the situation properly, decide clearly, then build the systems to follow through.

I

Business Consulting

For owner-led and growing companies that need sharper strategy, healthier cash flow and operations that do not depend on one person.

II

Startup Consulting

For founders between idea and traction who need to test assumptions fast, launch lean and get investor-ready without guesswork.

III

Entrepreneurship Development

Cohort programs, workshops and mentoring that teach the craft of building a company — taught by practitioners, not theorists.

03 — Sound familiar?

The problems we are usually called in to solve.

Founders rarely come to us with a neat brief. They come with symptoms — and part of our job is finding the real cause underneath. If two or more of these describe your business today, a diagnostic session is likely to pay for itself.

Team mapping priorities with sticky notes on a table

Revenue grows, profit doesn't

Sales are up but the bank balance tells a different story. We trace margin leaks across pricing, discounts, delivery cost and overheads.

Everything runs through the founder

Decisions queue up on one desk. We design roles, delegation rules and simple dashboards so the business can move without you in every meeting.

No shared plan beyond this month

Teams pull in different directions. We build a one-page strategy and a 90-day roadmap people can actually remember.

Investors or lenders ask hard questions

We pressure-test your model, assumptions and story before you walk into the room.

Processes break as volume increases

Orders slip, quality varies, customers wait. We map the workflow and remove the friction points one by one.

A promising idea, but no clear first step

We help you validate demand cheaply, define the smallest sellable product and plan a launch you can afford.

04 — Entrepreneurship development

Founders are made — through practice, feedback and honest numbers.

Our programs teach the working skills that business school often skips: talking to customers, costing a product, reading a cash-flow statement, hiring the first five people and pitching with evidence rather than adjectives.

Cohorts are small, sessions are hands-on and every participant leaves with tangible work — a validated offer, a financial model, a go-to-market plan — reviewed line by line by an experienced mentor.

“Every exercise maps to a real decision in your own business.”

05 — How an engagement works

Four steps. No mystery, no lock-in.

01

Listen

A focused first session to understand your goals, constraints and the decision in front of you.

02

Diagnose

We review numbers, processes, market and team through four lenses and name the real bottlenecks.

03

Decide

Together we choose priorities and write a 90-day roadmap with owners, budgets and measures.

04

Build

We help implement — tools, templates, hiring, training — and review progress until it sticks.

06 — Who we work with

Built for people who carry the weight of the decision.

Our clients are founders preparing to raise their first round, family businesses handing over to the next generation, service firms that have outgrown spreadsheets, and institutions that want to build entrepreneurial skills in their people.

07 — Questions

What founders ask before the first call.

Can’t find your question? Write to us and an advisor will reply personally.

We are small by design and senior by default. The person who diagnoses your business is the person who helps you implement the plan. We also price engagements around defined outcomes rather than open-ended hours, so you always know what you are paying for.

No. Roughly half of our work is with established, owner-led companies that want to grow more profitably or professionalise their operations. Startup consulting and entrepreneurship programs are the other half.

A diagnostic sprint takes two to three weeks. Most advisory engagements run for three to six months, with a written 90-day roadmap as the core deliverable. Cohort programs run for six or eight weeks.

We prepare you to raise — a defensible financial model, a clear pitch narrative, a data room checklist and rehearsal. We do not take success fees or broker investments, which keeps our advice independent.

Yes. The initial strategy session is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation to understand your situation and decide whether we are the right fit.

Start a conversation

Bring us the messy version. We'll help you find the plan inside it.

One conversation is often enough to see the problem differently. Book a strategy session and leave with at least one decision you can act on this week.
